First of all we are sincerely sorry for this trouble.

It seems that the adhesion became weakness as time passes.

There are two ways you can choose.

1.  If you send the case to us then we will repair it and then will send back to you

     I guess it would take about 2~3weeks.

2. Or i can send you the screw part with accurate glue then you can put them by yourself if you don't mind

    As soon as you say Okay Pls inform me the full shipping address then i will send it right away.

In regard to Locking screw Honestly it was difficult to design for fuji X-E1 there wasn't enough space for the compartment battery access and

locking screw's loop that's why we send small locking bolt "silver color" to fasten instead of locking screw.

We started it included the part into the package few months ago so if you didn't get it also i will send it but this small locking bolt doesn't

have a loop that's means not able to use a gun-shot mode. You can use them alternately.
