개발 후기

삼성 YP-K5용 메탈스티커를 출시하게 되었습니다.

Background

이번에 삼성전자에서 의뢰를 해주셔서, 제품 출시전에 기기를 구할수 있었습니다.
워낙 심플한 조형의 디자인 콘셉이라, 메탈스티커를 적용하기가 무척 난감했습니다.
차별화 포인트를 찾느라 고생을 했습니다만,
기회를 주신 삼성관계자분께 이자리를 빌어 감사를 드립니다.^^

Design Concept

Simple & Clean 의 디자인 요소를 살리려면,
아무것도 적용안하는게 답인데, 메탈스티커를 적용할려니..., 많은 모순을 느꼈습니다.

무조건 차별화(?)에 포커스를 맞추고,
전면 윈도우의 사각 프레임형상을 포인트로 정했습니다.
사각 프레임의 비례를 정하느라, 여러번 시행착오를 했는데... 아마 모르실겁니다.ㅠ.ㅠ

제품 뒷면에는 조립을 위한 나사를 덮는 덮개가 있어, 꽤 신경쓰였습니다.
혹시 A/S받으실때를 위해 부분만 메탈스티커를 떼실수 있도록 도안을 했습니다.
비교적 후면 메탈스티커의 면적이 넓어서, Glossy 패턴 모델에서도
지문의 압박때문에 새로운 Matt pattern을 적용했습니다.
자세히 보면 고급감이 느껴지는 그무엇이 있을겁니다.^^

메탈스티커의 구성품을 좀더 제공하고 싶었지만,
GARIZ 디자이너의 양심상, 심플한 제품의 디자인을 해치는것 같아,
이정도 선에서 정리를 했습니다.



제품 구성과 설명

1.메탈스티커
제품에 적용하는 기획용 메탈스티커는, 모두 전자파 차단 기능을 도입했습니다.
국가 공인 실험실에서 차단 성능이 좋다고 인증을 받았으며, 단순한 장식 이상의 기능을 추구하고자 합니다.

유럽에서는 환경문제때문에, 일반 6가 도금방식의 제품들을 수입 규제를 하고 있습니다.
따라서, 무해한 3가 도금 방식으로 제작을 하고 있습니다.


2.이형부재

각각의 스티커를 부착하실때, 이형부재를 살짝 붙여 이용하시면, 정확한 위치를 잡는데 무척 도움이 되실거며, 혹 잘못 붙이셨거나,탈착을 원하실때 이형부재를 이용하시면 본체에 스크래치를 주지않고 분리하실수 있습니다.
- 사용 방향이 있습니다. 오른손 엄지에 붙여 사용 하세요.


3.LCD 보호 필름
구색 갖추기식의 LCD 보호필름이 아닌, 하드 코팅된 얇고 투명한, 나름대로 고급 제품입니다. 액정위에 살짝 놓으면 기포가 빠지면서 밀착이 되는 실리콘 접착 방식입니다.
액정보호필름도 완벽한 제품으로 생각하기에, 메탈스티커 전용으로 최소한의 갭으로 제작되어
전혀 티가 나지 않도록 했습니다.
그런만큼 부착전에 미리 대보셔서 갭에 대한을 잡으시길 바랍니다.

4.융천

Returns & Exchanges

Please make sure you have selected right options (e.g. size, color and quantity) prior to completing the order.
Once the order is completed, it is assumed that the customer agreed on our exchange/refund policy.
Requests for exchange/refund are accepted only if the requests are made within 3 days of the date of receipt via our “exchange/refund board”. The shipping costs occurring from refund process due to misdelivery or product defect are the responsibility of our shopping mall and we will make our best effort to process your request as soon as possible.

② Refund of mis-delivered or defective products
